This boho-chic home was beautifully designed with modern amenities and boasts year round, long-range mountain views. Relax in the hot tub and sauna, practice your putting in our mini-golf putting green, cook a gourmet meal in our fully stocked kitchen, enjoy alfresco dining, watch a movie under the stars, or simply catch up with family & friends by one of our fire pits.
Good to know
This house has two floors and a large outdoor space in 1.3 acres lot. It is in quiet and peaceful area. We've built an outdoor retreat with sauna, hot tub, an outdoor dining area, fire pit, gazebo, and lounge chairs so that you can fully enjoy your stay.

Our property is in Leicester (pronounced "Lester"), NC, which is a 20min drive west of downtown Asheville. Leicester is known as a charming mountain community with winding country roads, hidden pockets of natural beauty with a relaxed pace that encourages visitors to linger and explore. The area has become a haven for artists who showcase their talents and gladly welcome guests. Note: Our property is in a newly built community and there are a few houses nearby being built. For this reason, guests might expect some noise and traffic from the construction.

Guests have access to the entire property, except that guests are not allowed in the attic or crawling space.

You will need a car or similar transportation (i.e., rideshare service) to get to and from the property. Although we're close to downtown Asheville, the property is in a somewhat remote area. We have a parking slab next to the property, which can accommodate up to 3 standard size cars. Additional cars can be parked on the shoulder of the road. Our house is in a private road and we recommend having a 4x4 vehicle to ensure that you're able to drive up the hill.
