Welcome to the Boho House & Outdoor Oasis! About 18 minutes from downtown Asheville. This boho-chic home was beautifully designed with modern amenities and boasts year round, long-range mountain views. Relax in the hot tub and sauna, practice your putting in our mini-golf putting green, cook a gourmet meal in our fully stocked kitchen, enjoy alfresco dining, watch a movie under the stars, or simply catch up with family & friends by one of our fire pits.

Good to know

This house has two floors and a large outdoor space in a 1.3-acre lot. It is in a quiet and peaceful area. We offer free high-speed 1G Wi-Fi and parking space for up to 2 oversized vehicles or 4 smaller vehicles. We've built an outdoor retreat with a sauna, hot tub, dining area, outdoor movie projector, fire pit, gazebo, BBQ grill, and lounge chairs so that you can fully relax, have fun, and enjoy your time outside. The master bedroom with ensuite bathroom is on the first floor and offers a king bed with luxury mattress, walk-in closet, a 65" TCL Roku TV, a standing desk, and blackout curtains. The second and third bedrooms are on the second floor. The beautifully designed second bedroom has two queen size beds, a 35" TCL Roku TV, and closet. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with full size mattresses, a shuffleboard, an Infinity Table (online games), and a 55" TCL Roku TV. Arcade games are just outside in the hallway! Finally, enjoy a full size bathroom with a bath tub on the second floor. The house includes a well-equipped gourmet kitchen. Our open concept kitchen (on the main floor) features a wide selection of appliances, including air frier, small waffle maker, InstantPot, toaster, blender, coffeemaker, coffee grinder, pots and pans, flatware, drinkware and more. Bring only your culinary expertise and enjoy! The living and dining area are on the main floor. The dining area seats 9 comfortably. The living room features a TCL 65" Roku smart TV, a sectional sleeper sofa and it is seamlessly integrated into the kitchen and dining area so you can interact with your family and friends while enjoying the entire space. There is a half bathroom on the main floor as well as our laundry facility with washer, dryer, iron, ironing-board, laundry pods and dryer sheets.

Our property is in Leicester (pronounced "Lester"), NC, which is a 18min drive west of downtown Asheville. Leicester is known as a charming mountain community with winding country roads, hidden pockets of natural beauty with a relaxed pace that encourages visitors to linger and explore. The area has become a haven for artists.

You will need a car or similar transportation (i.e., rideshare service) to get to and from the property. Although we're close to downtown Asheville, the property is in a somewhat remote area. We have a parking slab next to the property, which can accommodate up to 3 standard size cars. Additional cars can be parked on the shoulder of the road. Our house is in a private road and we recommend having a 4x4 vehicle to ensure that you're able to drive up the hill.

We had a wonderful stay at the Boho house. We felt right at home and welcomed. Clean beautiful home! Thoughtful amenities, comfortable beds and lots of games around the house. The location was fantastic. The host was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this place!!

My family and I felt right at home. We got in at night time and the outside string lights were on. We made a fire, which thankfully the host provided a few starter logs and there was firewood too! Maira also had smore sticks which came in handy bc I forgot mine! We were also surprised with pastries and wine by the host! The infinity game console was one of my favorite aspects of this house. We played on it every chance we had. We met a few neighbors and their dogs and they showed us a hiking trail that is right in the backyard! Another fav part of this house was the porch, the view and the kitchen/living room. There was coffee pods, coffee grounds and coffee filters provided as well as extra paper towels, toilet paper, and dish soap/hand soap. Very well equipped kitchen. Thank you, Maira, for making us feel so welcome and right at home!

Beautiful house with tons of great features. The outdoor space is absolutely amazing. I was a little heartbroken that it rained nearly every day we stayed, but we managed to sneak in some time for the hot tub/sauna and were able to get a sunset by the firepit one night. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked with anything you could possibly need. Saved this one to favorites and will be returning!

This was by far the best air bnb I have ever stayed in. The host was super helpful and kind , all of her staff were very kind and respectful. The home was absolutely stunning and the neighbors were fantastic. Lots for the kids to do and enjoy ! I can not even put into words how clean and stocked this home was. They left us a bottle of wine and loads of sweet treats, robes in every room. The beds were so comfortable and the attention to detail with the linens were out of this world. This host deserves 10 stars but it will only allow 5 so there ya go! Keep up the good work, we will be coming back!!!

I’m not sure only a few words will do justice to the home. But I’ll try. Kitchen was stocked to the hilt with everything I could have to make amazing meals. Air fryer, coffee maker and all the syrups and creamer a coffee snob could need! Outdoor amenities worked great and were fantastic fun. The indoor games were so great. I traveled with 4 teens that enjoy their downtime but also enjoy staying busy and this was the perfect place for them. The only downside is the neighbors down the hill did a lot of four wheeler maintenance and lots of barking dog overnight, but honestly that’s not even in the hosts control and didn’t keep us from having the best time ever. We wished we could have stayed another night and will definitely do this again.

Wonderful Stay in a Perfect Home! We had an amazing two-day stay at this lovely Airbnb! The house had all the amenities we needed and more. It was clean, well-organized, and thoughtfully designed to ensure comfort. One of the highlights was the beautiful backyard – an absolute gem! We enjoyed relaxing there and making use of the grill, which was perfect for an evening barbecue. The host was communicative and made sure everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. If you're looking for a peaceful and well-equipped place to stay, this is it! Highly recommend and would love to return.

Maira really delivered a spectacular experience with numerous amenities both inside and outside. She also paid attention to all the details, including holiday decorations over our Christmas stay.
